Terms and Conditions

Returns and Refunds:

Please note that Daya Surf Shop does not offer refunds. In the rare event that the purchased clothing is faulty, please contact us within 1 week of receiving your package at dayasurfshop@gmail.com, we will offer credit. The items returned must be in original condition; unworn, unwashed, unaltered with the original tag attached. 

The product must be returned to

The original shipping fee is non-refundable and charges for the returned items are the responsibility of the customer. DAYA Surf Shop takes no responsibility for missing incoming returned items. We recommend using traceable postal service as returned items remain at the customer's responsibility until received by Daya Surf  Shop

Shipping: 

Daya Surf Shop will ensure your purchase arrives at your doorstep as quickly as possible with EMS Indonesia. Please note that however shipping from Bali please allow up to 2 weeks. There may be delays due to the current pandemic and border restrictions. 

All shipping comes with tracking code which could be found on the confirmation email if you do not receive your shipping email please contact us at dayasurfshop@gmail.com

Tax & Duties:

All international package may be subject to duties and taxes. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the consumer, we recommend checking with your local customs website for estimated cost. 

Production:

Daya Surf Shop is proud of working with small family own garments and factories in Bali, every piece is made with care and love. Therefore we allow for some small discrepancies and human error. We do thank you for supporting us and further support small businesses in Bali.
